Nice fine-grained structural concrete work on the east facade. Similar to the GBL-designed towers for Solterra in Brentwood.

Looks great!
Those strips of concrete look far nicer than the spandrel seen on many other towers.

Excited for this one, but also nervous as im not sure if they're on schedule, my wife and i recently bought an assignment from an initial purchaser. Anyone else buy in this building? they're saying move-ins by summer so lets hope they're on track

When they first launched the project, the completion date was Spring 2022 lol
After I signed the contract, they put Nov 2022- Jan 2023
Then they extended May 2023 - Jul 2023
MLA said to prepare for closing in Jul
