This one isn't proposed. It's approved and they've already knocked down the buildings that were on the site. It'll be under construction really soon.

I finally saw them digging here today.

From a Nov 19, 2019 article:

The 8 storey building will likely be completed by summer 2022 but it's a safe bet that the 32 storey Ovation will more likely be completed a year later. Sure the garages were knocked down over a year ago but they didn't start digging until now, which only gives them 2 and a half years to have it finished in summer 2022 - I really don't see that happening at this location.

Is anyone with a camera planning on heading to New West? This is above ground now.
