Crane Operators are a big part of the major excavations in this city. We can expect delays on that too.

Ahhh yes, I was wondering when the charcoal brick and white/beige would infect the Ontario side of Zibi.

Edit: And it's Neuf too...no surprise there. The race to the bottom between RLA and Neuf continues...

I don't hate it. It's giving me Arts Court vibes.

Considering that so far we've had a variety of material and colors used i'm not mad at this.

I was hoping ZIBI was immuned to this type of architecture.

If they could add on the tower some of the wood elements seen in the podium, it would make a big difference I think. It is just missing something, it currently just looks so blend.

All this beige/charcoal brick architecture in the city is giving me major Cruella vibes... this one takes the cake for sure.

I'm going to guess existing residents will fight Block 202 - "you're blocking access/shadowing the park!!"

If they do fight, it might be on the grounds that Zibi is increasing heights and density in relation to what was originally sold to the public (and buyers). I can understand to a certain degree.

Speaking of which, here are building heights from the original master plan:

Kanaal went 4->6
O2 6->11
Aalto 10->15
Block 206 12->25

Looks like the plan is to at least 1.5x them

Hydrapulper is a circular tank that contains water in which bales of waste paper are loaded for pulping process. The hydrapulper pulping system is equipped with a high-strength agitator fixed at the bottom of the pulper that helps to break the paper bales into smaller pieces.
