I agree, the new tower proposal - hopefully this is a generic design and not the final design - it lacks character. Too much concrete and too small of windows and glazing. Reminds me of Mission Groups rental tower on the North end of Bertram st.
In any case, it will be nice to start getting some density in the area between the two "cluster" areas Lawrence/Leon/Bernard and the Sunset dr North end area.
Its spread of towers is really quite apparent when driving down Bridge Hill.
