Thats true, but for a developer to pay for a new design, re-engineered drawings etc, it doesnt really make a lot of sense. Unless the market where the building is being built is willing to pay the prices reflecting this. Surrey is already getting expensive as it is. I doubt the majority of the people here including myself would be willing to pay even more just to have a building that looks unique.
