From what I could see passing by on O'Connor today, they're starting to install cladding on the tower portion and it looks to be the same glass and spandrel as these photos.

From a quick count they're pouring the ~24th floor. At 30 floors this should hopefully peak up above the clump!

Looks like they might be taking down the retaining steel structure for the Medical Arts facade?

I was at the Farmboy across the street and it appears that about half the retaining structure is down.

Retaining structure and coverings are down on the northern portion (photo from March 27).

My god does Loop ever look awful from that angle. Looks like it's been charred in a fire.

It looks like they are working on the 26th floor as of today.

30 is going to look great here. It seems like 30 is the magic threshold where towers cease to be unfinished stumps. Unfortunately, this will only be our 2nd in the CBD

What are the three newer buildings in front of it (to the north of it)?

I have been watching 180 Metcalfe go up since November (when I moved into a apartment in centretown). Been interesting.

Nice Shot!!! To the North you have the two Claridge Loop towers, to the East you have the two Claridge Tribeca Towers.

Maybe there was a minimum order on red cladding and they had to use it up

I think the architects and developers in this city are just pure trolling at this point. 'Ohhhh so people think we are using too much charcoal brick, hmmm?? Let's throw some blood red panels in random spots and see what they think of that!!!'

I hate these new towers all over the city. They're not even "OK" or "Bland" they're horrible. This new trend of jumbled messes and random colours & materials everywhere is NOT a good look.

On top of the red accents there's also the random teal panels in the middle of the tower (an ode to Claridge Plaza?), and looks like there's some black bricks and some pitch black-black bricks - again, WHY?
