Just like Loop this one will be almost completely invisible unless you are standing in front of it. These new 27 story towers are just getting lost inside The Great Clump.

Hopefully from the south it'll have a bit of visibility

She's up to the 8th floor now boys. So just starting to peek above the original facade. I'm very curious to see what this will look like once it's tied into the old medical building and the ironwork comes down.

Very interesting. This could set off a very very good trend in the neighbourhood. Breaking through the 27 floor barrier could inspire other developers to reach beyond the clump.

I thought they had already asked and it was... rejected (?)

In any case, would love to see one building a little bit higher. Would be good to have 30-35 in that area in the future. Some variation.

I'm really liking the glass wall so far. Good quality and a really nice way to connect the heritage building to the new extension IMO
