They've had many stores over the years. Their own website I linked has a great history.

Peter Fox had a store on Cordova for many years, 'Peter Fox Shoes' very popular in the mid 80's.

Champs Sports on Granville (near Fluevogs) has a for lease sign on their building.
2 spaces on Robson across from London Drugs are now leased. The bigger space is papered over.

I will give a good chuckle if it's another BBT place. Corner will be a little BBT powerhouse spot if it is...

The men's section expanded in 2020 with the takeover of the former UGG space. Yes, always carried men's, was referring to the expansion. ...and agree Officedweller regarding frequent renovations, Lululemon certainly loves to virtue signal.

I was out at UBC today and took a look at the Lelem project and the 1st phase is complete. people moved in, etc. and it looks like URBAN FARE is opening up a location in the NW retail section. I assume it will be some sort of Express or new concept all together for them judging by the banners geared towards takeaway meals, etc.

my pics

on google I get this >>
Just across the street is a brand new retail plaza with exciting merchants such as Urban Fare, Trees Organic cafe, Pure Pharmacy and more for all your daily needs. Visit us at TH 3 – 5410 Shortcut Road.

from here >> https://www.vancouversmartrealestate.com...5410_shortcut_road_th_1/bid-366-R2666429

nothing official from Urban Fare yet.
