I wouldn't think that stuff like public safety, law and order and especially not mental health and drug programs necessarily dovetail with what we'd normally consider a pro-business electoral agenda, which would normally involve stuff like lower taxes, taxpayer-funded aesthetic improvements to the public realm, etc.
I mean they might in some cases, but it's not an automatic.
