I think it's more about the following:
  1. It's a gated community which is anti-urban, especially since it's so close to a light rail station and right by a public park
  2. Not a dense project
  3. Project looks like it belongs in the suburbs
  4. Opportunity wasted for a walkable, dense project
  5. You mentioned more height but who wants to live in a 4-story or 5-story townhome??

A true, luxury townhome project would be like the million dollar ones at Central/Palm Lane.
