What if we accidentally put this into the universe and they name it Extraordinary because of us?

If they named it that because we thought it was a stupid name and made fun of it? They'd prove themselves to be idiots.

Attention-grabbing marketing, whether good or bad, is still attention-grabbing and would have everyone talking. It wouldn't be a bad strategy.

The elevations I posted a while back were from April 2021 and had the tower as 64-stories and 786'. New elevations referred to as Update 1 dated May 2021 have been added to the site plan application. The tower gained a floor but lost 11'. It's now 65-stories and 775'. Here's the link to download the latest elevations:

I'd argue we still don't know.

Page 4 - Indicates the tower as being 697'
Page 13 - Indicates a 751'4" tower with a "B" basement level + 64 levels of lobby, parking (1-13), hotel (14-38) & residential (39-64) + 1 level of "roof mechanical.

The elevations (pages 37 & 38) reveal a 775'2" 65-story tower...

I usually go by the most recent elevations for height and floor counts just because there are frequently discrepancies elsewhere in the drawings, permits, etc.

Holy moly. That thing just dwarfs the Marriott.

EDIT: I have to admit that our growth has started to seem a little unbelievable to me. I guess everyone has their limits but for some reason this one crosses my arbitrary red line of ridiculousness. It's like a completely different city starting to push its way through the ground.

Also -- based on the segmentation it looks like it's still getting a hotel portion.

Good location for big time height and density. This is right at a light rail station.

Any update on the residential units? Number? Condo, rental, or both?

Also, who is the architect (or did I miss that)?

Top segment is sweet with the balconies and the crown. The facade pattern on the middle section just seems like it belongs to a different building.

Probably my favorite thing about this is that it will help build up the skyline to the peak at 98 RR. Instead of just having a supertall jutting out above everything we'll have this, the (potential) Ritz, the Travis, and Block 16 flanking its shoulders.

WOW might be a signaturish tower...not quite Frost but much taller. BTW I guess the building in the left background to the left of the W is s'posed to the Independent? Too bad the crown doesn't actually look like it does in this rendition!

Damn! Now that's a tower.

What the hell's going on with Block 185 and Northshore?
