The additional context you're missing is that many of those people who live in the Greens will drive out of their way to get their morning coffee from Tims. So I suppose having a Tims in their neighbourhood will cause possibly 500 cars to drive up to 4km less per day, everyday.
Now, before you shit all over me, I will disclose that I never drive to get my coffee, since I see that as a waste of gas, time and money. I am also personally disgusted by the fact that hundreds of cars idle in drivethrus for Tims every day. BUT... this Tims isn't as evil as some may want to think.
