-Located along the Waterfront (Waterfront District? Fishtown? Whatever we're calling this neighborhood)
-We've already seen this for Phase I of the project which is already under construction
-Phase I consisted of 248 3-4 story townhomes
-Phase II will consist 103 more 3-4 story townhomes, and 104 4 story duplexes
-The project also consists of the continuation of the public river trail along the Delaware, and two other public park/plaza spaces
-Future phases for the site include more townhomes/duplexes and two mixed-use buildings
