Question being though, where should this indoor pool be located?
Northwest and Southeast Regina would be out of the question since there's already the North West and Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centers, and downtown has the Lawson Aquatic Centre.
My money is that it'll likely be located in the Southwest, or relatively Northeastern Regina.
