Pics from today.

You can see the overheight floors now (top 2 with the orange tarps).

Yeah you can see the panels match up with the rendering. The parapet glass looks as talls as the two top penthouse floors.

Looks like the thread title was never updated to reflect the development application.

Looking great.
Nice to see cladding on the north side.
I wonder what's behind those random punched out windows (next to green membrane),
amenity or suites or elevator core?

Seems like it's the gym with some amenity/suites?

Keep forgetting that they still have to install this:

Thanks.

I wonder if that will become a bird roost?

Looks like there are 3 suites with those windows on the east side of that floor.

... and I had to post these, which would overlook the pool, but for the solid wall.

Most wasted space ever....

http://albernibykuma.com/floorplans/

... a floor above that wasted space becomes wide enough for a bedroom.

.. and on the next floor above it becomes wide enough for the longest bowling alley suite ever ...

they could've swapped some panels around in the first floorplan so that the 1br corner unit with a storage room that has a window doesn't have a windowless bedroom

SSP always seems confused that something that might look good outside from an architecture perspective can make for some really — layouts to live in.

In the alley view, it could almost look derelict.

I'm not actually the biggest fan of that fish scale like cladding.

But the shape of this is turning out phenomenal.
