Are you sure that’s not an optical illusion in the photo ?
I think those might be grey colored roofs on the “fingertips” but the way the shadows fall make them look like hollow tubes. I know there is an awesome (indoor) theatre with tiered seating at the top of the east fingertip but perhaps that is a few levels down. I can’t say definitively.
I’ve seen it from multiple angles and it definitely looks hollow at the top. The theatre must be lower down.

The top of the atrium glass roof is higher than the 236 metre main roof if it helps. Google Earth height is 239 metres.
What happened is hardly what I call a market slowdown. The bubble imploded.
