I'm sure they're better at project management than at web design.
Anecdotally, I attended a socially distant BBQ event a couple weekends ago and the topic of our new LRT arose. I was surprised how many people still to this day do not understand that the new LRT does not run on a dedicated track like the old one is.
When trying to explain how it worked, someone exclaimed that it would be neat having it operate like a San Francisco cable car where you could hop on and hop off at will. I had to explain that it stops at traffic lights but you can't just hop on and hop off there even if the train stops there. You have to wait until it gets to a station to do that.
It's too much to explain in a simple forum post but there are a lot of people out there who have absolutely no idea how this version of the LRT is supposed to work. We're all accustomed to the speedy train getting us from downtown to Century Park faster than you can get there by car.
