As someone who has only been on STO buses a handful of times and works off of Wellington, I would agree with this take.

My one and only concern would be transfers to OC Transpo, and how those can be managed. Two blocks is not an insurmountable obstacle, but they have to be made as easy as possible, which means some extra investment.
