Well they are cutting their sf in half, so perhaps they can afford better office space. Certainly this location is very accessible to anybody living in the downtown area, as well as multiple Skytrain lines.

I keep hearing how Vancouver is an expensive shithole and the suburbs will be taking over soon. TBD I suppose.
