Break it down and lower the pieces with whatever the window washers will be using. Maybe load it in the man lift (hoist), not sure.

Derrick crane is starting to be disassembled, just over two months after being erected.
Edit-No activity over last couple days, so six men crew climbing all over crane may have just been doing inspections/adjustments.

Same for me, those videos are gut-wrenching. Why take such a big risk for a few hundred views.
