I was always surprised to see it there if I happened to walk past. West Georgia's such an ugly environment, with too many cars, so I don't think they put tables on the street when inside tables had to be closed.

Robson seems more pedestrian friendly, with the pop-up patios, (and the line up for Paul's is the Instagram flavour of the month), and that might have been a better location for them, or Alberni like Thierry. And David's Tea seems to be hanging on at the Dunsmuir location for retail tea options (and Murchies are a few blocks to the north).
