My guess is 185m in height to the top of the parapet walls

1 x 6m office lobby
17 x 4m office floors
34 x 3m res floors
1 x 12m parapet/crown

I believe it's supposed to mean that public art can perceived as in item to check off a development permit list

Based on where we are right now and its rate of progress, anyone have a good guess as to when this tower will start listing units for sale (non-presale)?

Your realtor can probably give you a better answer.

What’s worse than that art installation is how that building meets willingdon. It should be like it’s Neighbor to the North.

It's obviously a statement on democracy and voting.

Agreed. Everything about this building is somehow a little off. I can't put my finger on it but not finding it very appealing.

I like the Bourdeaux building a lot - how it uses recesses and concrete walls to provide shading instead of lots of spandrel panel.
The only downside is the void plaza at the corner with that sculpture and the 2 stranded townhouses (instead of retail).
Hopefully the trees will grow in and fill the void and block the sculpture a bit.

Third tower has now been topped out and it ended up being slightly shorter than the first tower. Looking forward to the tallest fourt tower to get going!
