Daily Hive says the height is going from 627 ft to 667 ft,
but that can't be right, as that would be taller than Shangri-La (659 ft), is it?

40ft added to accommodate more office.

But also they say its not the tallest of the development, so that means it below Altus which means it wont be above Shangri-La.

Confusing, I agree.

I think the Dailyhive article didn't bother to check, but the heights in the Burnaby council report are likely geodetic. Elevation at the site is about 120 ft.

the extra office space will look good, but who knew there was so much demand for office space in the Brentwood area.

Like the twin tower look it will have with Altus, even if slightly lower in height.

Anyone else think the office block and condo tower have a very awkward abuttment to each other?
The rendering even shows a blank wall at the back of the office block.

It does look really awkward. They should shrink the office podium by a few floors, add a few terraces and wrap it around to the west side of the site to make up for the lost space.

Yep it for sure does. If the condo portion had larger floor plates it would look better.

Curious if anyone has a rough idea when Cirrus will be completed? Seems like they are ahead of schedule.
