I see contractors at SaskPower, Canada Life, 1801 Hamilton, Hill Tower II, Prince of Wales Building (old City Hall). I believe there also also work ongoing at SaskTel, SGI and elsewhere.

Speaking of office renovations, but not downtown, they've renovated the old Greystone building on Wascana parkway and it looks great. They've upgraded the outside so that it has the TD branding and office building colours, black charcoal on the outside and the green TD sign. Not sure if they are also renovating the inside or not.
I admit I am a bit perplexed by this as I assumed that TD would have at some point closed this office down and offered any remaining employees jobs in Toronto. But perhaps when they bought Greystone it included the building and they do have plans to keep an office presence here. If I get a chance I will try to take some pics.
