Is this Winnipeg's first non-value engineered fin?!?! Seems like every project has one in the render and they never get built...

Why do you think this project is taking so long, all of those fin physics needed to be assessed by a team of experts!

They still have to move the crane jump section to the top and install the bracing to the building. So maybe not today.

Looks like there may be a person inside the jump section right now, but it's hard to tell in the image.

Earls is still on track for Feb 1 move-in. It's interesting, they said everything is ahead of schedule compared to what they were initially told.

The space still has a significant amount of work left to have it be occupiable. Their fit up crews may be coming in Feb 1 but it sure won’t be even close to the finishing stages. Building power isn’t even on yet.

That's what I mean, they're getting the keys.

How many levels is the building going to have? 40 or 42? Thread title says 42 but I thought that changed.

You deserve a raise for raising awareness of this.

As per the original rumour, the building has been capped at 20 stories. The parts above 20 stories in all the pictures posted here are due to holograms.

IIRC:

40th floor is the last residential (occupied) floor.

41 and 42 are mechanical floors.
