How many new build 40-storey buildings have you been involved with in the past?

Unless you're directly involved with the planning and execution of this build, I don't get the embarrassment. Six million things I'm not involved with go south every day. Not gonna wear that on my sleeve....

How many wrenches have you turned in your life? How many projects have you lead and participated in on the ground, in the filth, full time? How many 300 Main’s have you worked on for several years?

It’s construction. And this GC can’t construct this project effectively. 20, 40, 100 stories; plan, coordinate, look ahead, organize, execute. They have done all of these things extremely poorly and continue to do so, it’s right in front of everyone’s eyes. Two-plus years and still struggling to get the frame finished with a pre-existing foundation. 8 months trying to figure out 11 apartment suites on 1 floor. Everyone in management is a close friend or family member of Martens.

Don’t try and minimize me. I’ve been in the industry far long enough to know how a construction project’s organizational approach is supposed to look and function for a job to make money and build efficiently.

Sure it’ll “get built”, but that’s a weak excuse saved for the unprofessional.

This was one of the reasons cited for the activist investors booting out the board.

It was a fair question.

I think it's safe to assume your answer is "one".

While this may be true - when you get down to ANY Board, it's made up of people who generally fall into "it's who you know" kind of category.

All the GoodLife signs are up and it looks like it's ready to open inside. Guessing as soon as restrictions are lifted, they'll be open. You can see lots of equipment all along the Fort windows so it does a decent job animating Fort considering there's no real street presence there.

Just getting back to you on this issue. It looks like its about 2:15PM right now and I was wondering if you've had a chance to grab that beer yet?

Thanks,

Check out these bad boys. Got them as a gift from a contractor yesterday. I figured they would be perfect to sip on while I watch two internet guys fight on the forum. They are light beer, so perfect to have at 9 am.

OT but what brand is that? I haven’t heard of them. I thought I knew my craft beer well - Is it a new brewery? Am I embarrassing myself?
