It’s construction. And this GC can’t construct this project effectively. 20, 40, 100 stories; plan, coordinate, look ahead, organize, execute. They have done all of these things extremely poorly and continue to do so, it’s right in front of everyone’s eyes. Two-plus years and still struggling to get the frame finished with a pre-existing foundation. 8 months trying to figure out 11 apartment suites on 1 floor. Everyone in management is a close friend or family member of Martens.
Don’t try and minimize me. I’ve been in the industry far long enough to know how a construction project’s organizational approach is supposed to look and function for a job to make money and build efficiently.
Sure it’ll “get built”, but that’s a weak excuse saved for the unprofessional.
