I agree. Isn't the first section a double up also? For floor counters, this appears to be, from above the podium, about 40 floors of occupiable space, with very tall ceilings. I really hope they go with the first design. It's much more appealing. As is, this is not exactly what I had in mind for our first, and hopefully not last supertall. And after repeatedly staring at the rendering, the more I dislike the crown. Its.....wonky, in a not so appealing way. I suppose I'll be excited with either plan in the long run. I like the way the Fairmont turned out after being quite disappointed they didn't go with the first rendering which I thought was much better. Other than the Four Seasons, I'm still trying to finger out what the hell all those other building are.
