Description
Architect: Zimmer Gunsul Frasca

- The F5 Tower became Seattle's 5th tallest building upon its completion, and the tallest building to be constructed in Seattle since 1990.

- The tower is Seattle's first building that is designed to LEED Gold standards. It has a system to capture rainwater for reuse, rooftop solar-energy equipment, and a "living wall" where plants grow in the Columbia Street facade.

- A 184-room hotel occupies the second through 15th floors.
