I think this annotated image might help. The rendering on the left was posted earlier by Street Advocate. Although this image does not show the recessed balconies, I think it is one of the latest renderings based on where the first V starts, which unlike many other renderings, actually matches the as-built configuration.
Points X and A define the currently constructed 4-floor bracing sections (the two diamonds). Point B shows where the next 4-floor bracing segment would go, and point C shows the uppermost completed floor, which is half way to the next 4-floor section, defined by D. Part of the floor above C is complete, so there is approximately 1 ½ floors to go to D. D to E defines the last true floor, with the remaining distance between E and F being a decorative extension of the glass curtain wall and the exposed bracing (hence 2 ½ floors to go, plus the crown).
