AC is currently operating YVR-DEL, 2x weekly. Will go up to 3x weekly in December.

The route is heavily restricted and Canadian citizens (i.e tourists), for the most part, cannot book these flights. It is reserved mostly to Indian nationals and OCI (overseas Citizen of India) cardholders.

But in case you weren't, it's worth mentioning that what I left out in my previous comments is that I know who flyyul is in real life, where he works and what he does. Suffice it to say, he is "extremely" well placed to know of such information. So if he, and by extrapolation, I, say it's fake news, you can take it to the bank.
Yes, QR is very much interested in flying to YVR and YYZ. But it's not going to happen the way that poster on airliners is saying it will.
