Looks to be about

a. Half as thick as the balcony slabs on the Grosvenor Pacific
b. Structurally suspect on how far it overhangs from the integral beams
c. Aesthetically out-dated and a lacks design thought

Sounds about right for what can be expected from a developer like Onni

It wasn't designed for Onni. They took the project, and the design, from another developer.

Hmm, even if this was true, are you insinuating that Onni is a 'quality developer'?

It's true. I've never lived in an Onni project, but from what I've read I would put them somewhere in the middle of the pack. The design is by IBI Group, who have many competently designed buildings in this immediate neighbourhood (including the Burrard Place tower). There will be a engineering firm involved in the design. It will meet seismic codes, and as a rezoning meet LEED Gold equivalency for energy use. It will be full of owners who may find they paid too much, but that's hardly the developer's fault.

It would be nice to see more updates of this project as it must be starting to make a mark in the area.

Captured 4 Table-Form Lifts Today

Unlike mcminsen last posting (street level views), from my vantage point, it's not showing much character. When the glazing reaches my sight of view, we'll have a better idea of its composition.

The last (4th) table form took a bit of teamwork

Onni are getting these floor done quick.
Captured 2 table forms lifted up to the 25th...26th floor? Either way, they're more than halfway.

The sun made a rare winter appearance this afternoon

Half of the table-forms are up to the next floor

Thanks.
Looks like the glass is just starting to clear the building in front.
