The spandrel to vision glass ratio is very similar to Grosvenor's The Pacific.

If I poke my head out the window and look left I can see False Creek and if I look right I can see Burrard Inlet.

I think 1335 Howe will block almost all of The Pacific from my angle.

There could be small gaps with the alternating balconies.
