I think so as well but when it does hit the market, I wouldn’t be surprised if the list prices would set a new record high given usually Ramsa projects are usually very well received by that crowd
Among all the newer billionaires rows towers in New York, only 220 Central Park South is nearly sold out at 92% in contract and at a record blended psf of 9000 usd.
Other towers like Central Park Tower, 111 West 57th, 53w53 aren’t faring as well even though they are closer to 6500 usd blended psf. They’re closer to 20-25% in contract
