I drove to Montreal the past weekend.
At the Jardin Botanique, I arrived with almost empty charge. Paid 12$ parking and 2.50$ for a full charge session of about 4 hours, got 200km.
The cheapest charging network seems to be Tesla always.
If it helps, my charging bill every month is around 40$ to 60$.
