Hopefully there'll be some office space, being so close to Gateway Station, it's a waste otherwise.
(So that's better without Bosa's all-residential proposal)
I'm also remembering all the other old plans for the site that had signifcant office space.
The curved floorplates in the rendering play off the cylidrical tower at Gateway, and the flared skirt could be considered a modern version of Gateway Tower's stepped podium.
