Unfortunate that COVID is putting a holt on a lot of things. There are so many proposals in West Oliver the whole area could be completely transformed if all went ahead.

Ice District News

Any news to report regarding the podium/tower in Ice District? A delay still on the steel or is it due to the pandemic/economy? It would be really nice to finish up the main sections even if the newer phases get held back for a long time. Provide a finished look and feel to the area.

Given what I saw I think many will be happy with what is being planned.

I saw a crew or two working on the site this morning, so it is still somewhat active.

Do you expect we will see Bird involved in more projects in Western Canada as a result?

They are already doing a lot. Chandos, Clark and Bird are picking up quite a few.

Also saw where Clark have gone back to their roots, doing a project up in the Arctic.
