not looking too bad so far. i am looking forward to seeing it as more glass goes on the cubes.

also the mountain looking design for the planters seem to match based on that photos angle. or am i missing something?

I'm guessing it's partly related to each 4-storey cube being a separate module. They don't have to wait for the floor below to start glazing the next cube up, if it's ready to have the glazing installed, as the window panels don't stack on top of the previous strip of panels as they would in most buildings. It looks like they might be finishing adding the top brackets on the fourth row of that middle cube, while they're already all in place for the lower floors of the next cube up.
