I am truly jolly over the fact that there's another 10 floors to go !

(Correction...the formwork is at the 43rd floor)
Feeling the same way here, the journey continues. 4 weeks for the last 2 floors. I'd say another 5 months to get to the 54th floor than a few more weeks for the mechanical room and the topping out

There's gotta be a crane lift this week..
They've only added more rebar since last week - moving a lot slower than either 8X or Grosvenor Pacific, I guess due to the grid and changing floorplates(?)

Pic by me today.

I think its moving slower because of the Covid-19 distancing rules.
Last month I saw the workers in the morning all 6 feet apart lined up for the lift, not sure how many they were allowing on the lift.

Awesome pics guys!

It’s really starting to make an impact now.

I’m actually shocked how accurate it looks to the render from Burrard Bridge.

10 more floors or so to go?

Will be nice to see it myself next chance I get to be in Van.

That's the impact when we can poke through Viewcones.

Thanks for the photos Vanman - for sales this is talked about a decent bit internally and it's nice to see this progress. Appreciate some views of late from south of False Creek.

Vin, I think this just misses the Granville Bridge viewcone. Hence the office building to the north is quite short in comparison.

The site was specifically authorized under the skyline study a few years ago - together with Vancouver House's site and the corresponding Pinnacle site on the other side.

The southwest corner has a setback I hadn't noticed before.
The balconies become consistent after that, which interrupts the variation of the grid.

That last shot really shows the difference in the types of spandrel glass used on the south side and southeast corner versus the other sides.
