Dropped by for a drink yesterday, twas quite tasty.

Met some of the Shape team hanging around outside Preso while waiting for my drink and one of them told me Starbucks Reserve will open this week, which should bring a lot more activity and liveliness to the plaza

McDonald's patio getting ready as well, per my photos today. I think this is gonna open pretty soon too. Maybe along with Starbucks on the 30th?

Starbucks opened today with some social distancing guides for patrons! McDonald's not opened yet but they look pretty much ready as well. Maybe it will also open within a month?

Have you received another amendment recently?
I haven't yet but Shape mentioned that the completion date will be btw May and July when I emailed them couple of days ago,
and the estimated completion date for upper levels will be sometime in July.
They told me that they are in process of filing the final strata plan with the Land Title Office.

if anyone has any recent update, can you please share?
