This is Vancouver's "main" skyline, the office core, analogous to the Toronto lakefront view. Most office towers are arranged in a clump fronting the Burrard Inlet. It doesn't show up in pictures as much as other cities because the mountains are more unusual/scenic and to see them you point the camera the other way.
Vancouver House has upped the game on the other side though. It looks impressive from a number of angles. I find a lot of False Creek area buildings nondescript but not that one.
