I still think it could get passed but it will be very loud. You can't tell the local councillor, Stevens, wants it but isn't really willing to defy the loud ones at this point.
It's also important to remember that there are people like Bresciani and Bryce who defer to the crazies and always vote against anything with a hint of community safety (even if it's utter BS, like this). Hawkins, Regina's worst councillor, will possibly vote against as he's anti-density, anti-downtown, anti-fun.
Flegel and Mancinelli are probably safe bets for yes. Probably O'Donnell, Young, and Findura and Murray, but absolutely no guarantees with them.
I will be furious if I can't walk to go get liquor.
