The podium still looks wicked though on the last one. No changes seemed to happen there.
Agreed, this is a redesign.

^Bought in 2017 for $7.5M, which was a discount. Someone took a Tiger Uppercut there.

Is/was the plan to convert the Milner into rentals or keep it as office space?

This Pedway entrance was a fixture at this location for many years.

I won't miss it, there are other dingy and non-accessible LRT entrances still remaining. That's exciting that the development is moving forward.

Word on Skyrisecities is that ICE District Block BG (both podium and tower) is now on hold. It doesn't make sense, after going through all that trouble of erecting that crane and no official word from ICE District themselves. Anyone here know what's going on?

i’m not sure what’s going on but i can take a guess...

any demand projections you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

any financing assumptions you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

any rental rate assumptions you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

any valuation assumptions you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

any construction costs assumptions you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

any material availability assumptions you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

any construction schedule assumptions you might have made a month ago are now completely unreliable.

the short term rental cost of a crane that might not not be needed is negligible compared to that much uncertainty and risk.

Jasper/100st looks very different right now... Jasper Avenue New Vision construction in full swing and the sloped entrance to Central/pedway on in Frank Oliver Park is no more! It really opens up that corner (for now).

It would be great if Great Gulf's Jasper-100 project moves forward this year, but who can predict anything at this point? I will be happy if it happens at all...

There is so much uncertainty right now...but I had heard it was a go as recently as a week or so ago.

Hearing that the delay is to do with steel, but that it will go ahead with a delay.

I can confirm Alldritt hasn't killed their 280m tower yet.

They went back to the City with a redesign due to tower sway from wind. The height is the same, but the tower design has thickened to reduce the sway and is now more 'tiered' and rectangular in nature than the previous concept.

The DC2 rezoning from 2017 will be revised due to this change.

I'm hearing that developers are experiencing hefty delays for product coming from China, delays large enough to cause big trouble with meeting occupancy deadlines for tenants.
