The Brighton Block turned out just beautiful. Congrats Ken.

My bad. When I walk by yesterday evening the boom was horizontal. Easily fooled.

Nearly... but it's setback from the pearl/ie. height/impact was being estimated.

I wouldn't say they went as far as a 'Homer Simpson' car but they made some meh design changes. I'll wait and see what the real product looks like in 2 years time.

Had a bit of VE... mostly going from appeared to be curtain wall to a panelized system of some sort.

Yes...a bit of VE. Or a completely different window and architectural detail scheme disguised using the same colour pallet and focal accent colour.

The podium still looks wicked though on the last one. No changes seemed to happen there.
