The luffing jib crane is for a 17 storey tower that isn't visible yet.

They’re so chugging away! Since they can wear masks and what not I don’t see why they’d stop. The noise is very loud around there so I would assume it’s good that the other office tower is empty while they do the big parts of construction. I feel bad for the No1 River Landing condo owners putting up with that noise for the next year...

This one may be tiny, but it's a very cool city investment. The bottom two floors are a new tech innovation hub (or incubator? whatever), and the top 4 floors are a parking garage for the New Central Library, National Music Centre, and the restaurants on the East Village RiverWalk. The parking levels are built to be able to be converted to office or hotel space once non-autonomous vehicles become nominally obsolete.

Platform - 6 storeys - 32 meters

Yeah man, as far as parking garages go, this one is going to be quite marvellous.

I just love the fact it is being designed with the ability to transform into a completely different structure in the future.

Apparently The One (Mizra) has sorted out it's permit issues to build above grade.

If anyone from the construction industry shows up.

"Hey you with the hammer.. want to help build a supertall?"
