I understand that he is talking about the existing VIA station on the north side of Edmonton, which would be reasonably close to the future NW LRT line. But would have no benefits whatsoever and be pointless to run a Calgary originating train to. It too would cost more than 1M to modify Edmonton's NW LRT plans, and make that line worse.
