Yes that is. And for reference those two pink towers are 20 floors, so the tallest at Wynwood will be 8 and 3 storeys higher than them plus they are at a slightly higher elevation.

Tower two at Wynwood green is at ground level, maybe up to the first floor. Ditto for Hensley, Tower two is up to 2nd floor now.

Shape has received their building permit, Feb 5th 2020. This is for the commercial aspect of the development. For those interested, the residential portion is under a separate permit: BLD17-00648 here is a link to the permit.

Construction has halted because a worker on site has a fever. Currently it's expected to start up again on Monday. [source]

Are you referring to the fact that the current space they occupy isn't part of the phase that is currently under construction, or do you mean to say that they'll be leaving Lougheed at some point rather than moving into a new anchor location?

The plans publicized to date don't show a space big enough for a Hudson's Bay
- but of course that could change.
Hudson's Bay has also let this store deteriorate, suggesting they will not be back
(ie not preserving goodwill for the store)
