No this is not temporary.
Yes and no, when a train stops they make they loud banging shunting noise as the momentum causes the rail cars to smash into one another. The trains will also be idling right in front and then reving their engines super high when they start moving again, it will be an absolute nightmare for people living in this area. There is also the proposed 13 acre park and school. The city can not let this happen in area so populated. Simple solution is to move the queing to a less populated area. So if you're concerned please write the city there is a better solution this is a bone head proposal.
