Yeah, I think it's going to be nasty surprise to all those condo dwellers next to the tracks. I was last year in Vegas and staying on 58th floor of a hotel right next to the train tracks and the train whistle and the rumble was almost enough to wake up one. And the had trains passing 24/7. Would make for awful living conditions...
