I don't know what the height problem was. There is really not much in the way of houses around there that have not been converted to commercial. It's all commercial, parking lots and high rise apartments in that area. This is where you should be building tall structures. And the building directly behind this project is 33 floors.

I find more and more that if you wish to build a building in this city to a certain level, you have to present a plan that is much higher than you want and then the nimby's can feel good that they get you to reduce it.
